Orders & Products • All trailers are built to meet Australian standards. • Trailer designs, features, and prices may change without notice. • Orders may require a deposit and full payment before delivery or pickup. • Custom-built trailers are made to order and are non-refundable once production starts.

3. Pricing & Payments • All prices are in AUD and may include GST. • Full payment is required before goods or trailers are released. • We accept EFT, direct deposit, and approved payment methods.

4. Delivery & Pickup • Delivery is available in selected regions and may involve additional charges. • We aim to meet agreed delivery dates, but delays can occur. • It is your responsibility to inspect the trailer upon delivery or pickup and report any issues immediately.

5. Warranty & Returns • Our trailers include a standard manufacturer warranty (terms provided at purchase). • Warranty does not apply to misuse, overloading, or unauthorised modifications. • Custom trailer orders are final and cannot be returned unless faulty as per Australian Consumer Law. • Report any faults or defects within a reasonable time for assessment.

6. Repairs & Workshop Services • Repair/service quotes are estimates only; final costs may vary based on condition and labour. • We’re not liable for delays caused by parts availability or third-party delays. • We are not responsible for existing damage or wear beyond the repair scope.

At Xpert Trailers & Fabrication Pty Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our trailers and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Standard Trailers (Non-Custom Orders)
Returns
• Trailers purchased in standard sizes (not customised) may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The trailer must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned trailers.
Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery and registration fees (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Custom-Built Trailers
Due to the made-to-order nature of custom trailers:
• No returns or refunds are offered on custom-built trailers once manufacturing has commenced.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom trailer build.
• If a cancellation is requested before manufacturing begins, we may refund a portion of the deposit minus administrative and design costs.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your trailer arrives with a manufacturing fault or is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or pickup by:
• Calling us at 0452 592 000 / 0452 593 000, or
• Emailing info@xperttrailers.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.
After inspection, we will:
• Repair or replace the item, or
• Offer a refund, depending on the severity of the fault.

4. Warranty Claims
All trailers come with a 6 months structural warranty. For warranty service, please refer to our separate Warranty Terms & Conditions.

5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom trailers or accessories once fitted or used. Please ensure all specifications and features are correct before placing an order.
